Angelina H. Alfaro

Angelina H. Alfaro was born in San Antonio, TX on September 28, 1943, and passed away peacefully at age 81 on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. She was a dedicated wife and mother who loved her family dearly. She loved to dance, garden, watch old movies and get together for family gatherings.

She is preceded in death by her parents Gregoria A. Hernandez and Cleofas Hernandez; siblings Jesus A. Hernandez and Juan A. Hernandez.

Angelina is survived by her husband of 60 years, Robert M. Alfaro, sons Robert H. Alfaro (Ana Alfaro), Johnny Alfaro (Sonia Alfaro), daughters Blanca A. Leiva, Cynthia Haban (Scott Haban), Yvonne Calderon (Luis Calderon Jr.), 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, her brother Rosendo Hernandez (Dolores Hernandez), as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm. to 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237 followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m.

The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. John Berchmans' Catholic Church, 1147 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78226. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery III, 1735 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78226
