She was preceded in death by her husband, Pablo Villarreal, parents, Rodolfo and Felipa Salazar; brothers, Arturo Salazar, Bobby Salazar, and her son, James Villarreal.
She is survived by her children, Jesse Mireles and wife Annie, Yolanda Chapa and husband Tino, Paul Villarreal and wife Freida, Irma Grazdan and husband Greg, and Becky Welch and husband Greg; brothers and sisters, Rudy Salazar and wife Mary, Clara Terrazas, Willie Salazar, Mage Martinez and Connie Apolinar; 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
