Ann Elizabeth Barshop, age 92, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 in San Antonio. She was born on April 17, 1930 in Manhattan, New York, to parents, Rose and Benjamin Kronish. She moved to Texas after marrying her husband, Samuel E. Barshop, in 1952. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Sam, and her son, Steven Barshop. She is survived by her children, Bruce Barshop and his wife Colleen,. and daughter, Jamie Barshop; granddaughter, Samantha Barshop Goodell and her husband Zeb; grandson, Ben Barshop and his wife Allison; as well as great grandchildren.
Ann was a special individual whose love for family, friends and her community was at the core of who she was.
