"Mumu"

January 21, 1939 – November 11, 2016

Anna Marie Tanari ('Mumu'), age 77, went peacefully to be with the Lord on Friday, November 11, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 21, 1939 to Manuel and Margaret Martinez.

She was deeply committed to her faith, family, and friends. She built a wonderful life for her family, persevering through much hardship to ensure that her children became well educated and hard-working members of the community. She demonstrated her passion to learn and grow by obtaining her nursing license and spent many years caring for the elderly with compassion and grace. She continued her education by obtaining her real estate license and became a million-dollar sales person, helping many families find a home. After she retired, she spent her time traveling, relaxing at the lake, and bargain-hunting.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Randy Rosas; her brothers and her sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Abraham Tanari; her four children, Robert Rosas and Patricia, Lisa Rosas, Larry Rosas, Ali Tanari and Kasey; daughter-in-law Mary; thirteen grandchildren; great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and her dear Aunt Helen. She is survived by many good friends as well. She was full of life and full of love for all of us and she will be greatly missed.
