

Known for his kindness, generous spirit, and unwavering reliability, he leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion and friendship that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him. Those close to him knew him as someone they could always depend on – a steady presence in times of both joy and hardship.
Born in Silang Cavite, Philippines on September 15, 1939. Anthony was a man whose compassion and loyalty defined his life. His greatest joy came from his family, and above all, from the love he shared with his devoted wife, Bessie. Together, they raised four children, and built a life of love, laughter, and faith celebrating over 62 years of marriage. Their partnership was an example of commitment and devotion, cherished by all who witnessed it.
A proud and loving grandfather, Anthony poured his heart into his family’s younger generation. He delighted in the lives of his 13 grandchildren and found joy in watching them grow. His love reached even further to his 3 great-grandchildren, who brought him immeasurable happiness. His guidance, warmth, and steady presence will continue to shape their lives for years to come. His generosity was found in the time, care, and love he gave so freely.
His extended family – aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, always knew him as a steady presence who welcomed all with open arms. Known as the “favorite uncle” to many, he brought laughter, encouragement, and kindness to every gathering. His genuine warmth touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Anthony will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Bessie; children Elmer, Norman, Joyce; his vast family both near and far; as well as the many dear friends whose lives were made richer by his friendship. Though his absence leaves a profound emptiness, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and friendship – a life well-lived and deeply treasured.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at the chapel of Sunset Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78218. Visitation will be held at 11:00am and Service at 11:30am. An interment will follow for his final resting place.
