Antonia Hernandez Arevalo

Antonia Hernandez Arevalo, born on May 25, 1925 in Martindale, TX was called to be with the Lord on October 10, 2016 at the age of 91. She is preceded in death by her sons, Miguel Arevalo Jr., and Rudy Arevalo; parents; sister, Christina Morales; brothers, Manuel and Raul Hernandez. She is survived by her husband, Miguel G. Arevalo; children, Gilbert Arevalo (Dolores), Robert Arevalo (Olivia), Jerry Arevalo, Roger Arevalo, Mary Ann Martinez (Benny) and Gloria Arevalo; grandchildren, Veronica, Rene, Crystal, Robert Jr., Nancy, Melissa, Andrew, Ben Michael, Nicholas and Eric; numerous great grandchildren. The Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. for a 12:30 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Prince of Peace Catholic Church,7893 North Grissom Rd., San Antonio, TX 78251. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery # 2. Special thanks to Norma, who was like a daughter to her; and Maria Rios, her caregiver, for all her compassion and support.
