Antonia P. Garcia

Mrs. Garcia was a devout member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church. She loved gardening flowers and plants. Especially her favorite flowers, Irises and Blue Bonnets. She was an accomplished seamstress and retired from The Levi Strauss Company after 20 years of service. She enjoyed eating various cookies and mexican pastries, "pan dulce" and listening to spanish music, most notably, Vicente Fernandez.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus Perez and Josefa Molina Perez; husband, Rudy G. Garcia, son, Michael P. Garcia.

She is survived by her sons, Rudy P. Garcia (Patty) and Paul P. Garcia; grandchildren, Sarah Garcia (Bob), Michael Garcia (Brandy) , Heather Garcia and Shannon Garcia (Will) ; great grandchildren, Emily Garcia, Audrey Meyer, Hunter Garcia (Morgan) , Mason Garcia, Luke Garcia ; sister, Maria Herron (Ron); sister-in-law, Maria Rooman; also, numerous nieces and nephews.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday, May 19, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of The Resurrection at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 747 S.W. 39th St., San Antonio,TX 78237.

Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio,TX 78209.
