Born on January 9, 1951, in the vibrant land of the Philippines, Tony’s life journey crossed oceans and cultures, enriching every community he touched with his warmth and spirited personality.
With his basketball skills earning him a full college scholarship, Tony secured a Bachelor's in Business Administration, which was a testament to his intellect and determination.
