But what I liked most of all, was he always said what was on his mind, whether you wanted to hear it or not, that didn’t matter he said it. He always managed to make us laugh. When we were younger, he’d come over and enjoy my mom’s tamales with lots of chile, he would turn red, but kept adding more chile. The hotter the better he would say.
