Arnell Denton

Arnell was raised in Waco where she met and married Harold. She joined the Civil Service and worked at the same military base with him throughout his career. She loved hunting and her favorite trip was to Alaska where she and Harold hunted moose. After returning to Texas, she joined Southwest Airlines and worked there for many years. She and Harold enjoyed traveling the world throughout her time there. She was a devoted dog owner and loved their companionship her entire life.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold O. Denton as well as brother, Lewis E. Wheeler, Jr. and his wife Josephine. Arnell is survived by her son, Harold O. Denton, Jr., granddaughters, Laura Grace Denton and Erin Elise Denton; nieces, Sandra Wheeler and Elizabeth Ann Barros, Barbara Horn and husband Bill; nephews, Robert and David Wheeler; as well as numerous extended family members.

The family will receive friends for visitation at Porter Loring Mortuary North on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
