Arturo Barrera Suarez, age 70, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, in Richardson, Texas. Arturo was born on August 27, 1952, in San Antonio, Texas to parents Aurora Barrera Suarez and Samuel Suarez. Arturo spent most of his life dedicated to providing education to youth, through his tireless work at a local charter school. During the last few months of his life, Arturo could be found playing catch or board games with his grandsons. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Elisa Suarez. Arturo is survived by his daughters, Celina Suarez, Marina Suarez, and Bettina Cromley; his grandchildren Jaxon Cromley, Cole Cromley, Eva Lamb, and Ella Lamb; and his brothers, Samuel Suarez, Ramon Suarez, Mario Suarez, and Michael Suarez.
