

Audrey spent over 20 years in real estate and was an active volunteer throughout her lifetime in many organizations including Alamo Heights United Methodist Church (over 40 years), CAM (Christian Assistance Ministries), San Antonio Conservation Society, Alamo City Republican Women and The American Red Cross. She was also politically active and worked on many state and local campaigns and elections. Audrey made many places her home throughout her lifetime but San Antonio was her home for the last forty years.
She is preceded in death by husband, Colonel (Ret) Charles D. Wilson, sister, Laura Ann Janzen and brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Janzen. Audrey loved all of her family dearly and is survived by her children, Don Wilson and fiance, Yolanda Mireles; Sally Wilson Smith; Bill Wilson and wife, Pam. Her nieces and their husbands; Vicki and Col. Rick Warner, USAF (Ret) and Ginni and LtCol. Chuck Thomas, USAF (Ret). Her Grand Family, grandson-in-law, Doug Gilmour; granddaughters, Lesleigh Gilmour, Sydney Smith, Brittany Wilson; Grand nieces and nephew, Robert Thomas, Sara Warner, Deborah Warner and Karalynn Thomas. Her best friends and constant companions Sandy and Baxter.
Audrey is fine, just fine.
Visitation will be on Sunday, September 9, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough.
