After a valiant battle with cancer, we are left with special memories of Bea, our wife, mommy and grandmother. She was our best friend and forever giving. Bea was a caring wife, loving mother, sister and grandmother.
She was God's precious gift to us and has now been returned to him in this season of gift giving.
Her parents, Basilio and Rachel Lara from San Antonio, precede Bea in death.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Pete Medina of Austin; daughter Irene and husband, Thomas Sapio of Austin; sons, Richard and wife, Naomi of San Marcos, David and Arthur of Austin; daughter, Patricia of Austin; grandchildren, Michelle and Denise Sapio of Austin; sister, Mary Louise Lara of San Antonio; uncle, Jacinto Ocon of San Antonio.
