She is the beloved mother of Justin Morales and Katelyn Tyler, loving daughter of Jessie Diamond of California and sister to Jackie Russell of Texas and Beverly Egan of California, devoted aunt to Frank, Pete, Jessica, Kevin. She is also survived by her aunt, Wilma Potter and father, Joe Russell. Belinda was born in Scotland and moved to USA when she was a young child. Belinda graduated from Judson High School in Converse, TX. She worked for USAA as an adjuster for many years and was recently affiliated with Orenda Products as Team Manager.
She will be sorely missed by family and numerous friends who all loved her.
