

Norberto "Bert" Heredia Rosales Jr., 64, entered into the loving arms of Our Lord in the early morning hours of September 14, 2023. He was surrounded by the love and support of his family in his final hours.
Bert was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 16, 1959. He graduated from Sidney Lanier High School before proudly serving in the United States Army at Fort Hood, Texas with the 82nd Field Artillery Battalion. He had a passion for the arts and loved drawing, painting, sculpting, and enjoyed entertaining the crowds as an aspiring karaoke performer. He was an engraver by profession. Bert lived for the NFL football season and was the proudest Washington Redskin fan in the state of Texas.
He will be reunited in heaven with his parents Norberto “Beto” and Guadalupe Rosales, grandparents, Jesus & Beatriz Heredia. His memory will forever live on in his three children, Brian M. (Jenine) Berlanga, Eric Rosales, Erika D. Rosales, sister Mabel (Richard) Hernandez, grandchildren Brian, Julius, Andrew, Jordan, Brooke, Beverley, Mariaemilia, Eliana, Santiago, Gavin, Braylon, great-grandchildren Davian and Luca. Nephews, Zachrey and Triston.
We will celebrate his life with services held on Monday, October 2, 2023, followed by Burial Services on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
