She was born on March 30, 1934, in Oklahoma City, OK, to Daniel and Anna Witcher.

In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, reading, and writing in her journals about the wonderful life she and Lester shared.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Paul Moore.
Survivors include her husband, Lester Moore; a son, Mark Moore and his wife Deanne; a daughter, D'Ann Baker and her husband Elijah; a grandson, Michael Moore; a sister, Billie Ghedi; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
