Bobbie Helen Brian Dyer born June 24, 1933, to Dr. and Mrs. A.A. Brian. Dr. Brian served several Baptist churches as Pastor, at one time was Vice- President of Howard Payne University. Bobbie Helen grew up in Brownfield, Texas. She graduated from Howard Payne University with degrees in Music and Elementary Education. She received a Master’s Degree in Supervision from Our Lady of the Lake. She taught in the North East District for 36 years. She is survived by her husband, William Rand Dyer and son William Rand Dyer Jr. She is also survived by her brother-in-law and wife, Jay and Carolyn Law from Tyler, Texas. Her favorite Bible verse was “Bless the Lord, on my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name.” Funeral services will take place at Alamo Heights Baptist Church 6501 Broadway San Antonio, Texas 78209 Friday April 17, 2015 at 2:00 pm with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park 1701 Austin highway San Antonio, Texas 78218.
