Born on June 30, 1947 in Corsicana, Texas, Bob was the only child of Lila Brent Butler and the late Bobby Lee Butler, Sr.
Bob graduated from Samuel High School in Dallas and attended Navarro Jr. College and Texas Tech University.
He started his adult career with the Hilton Hotel in San Antonio. He was with The Palm Restaurant for 18 years and the last 4 years at the Mercury Grill both in Dallas.
Bob leaves a multitude of friends and customers that he served through the years.
The family has a special place in their hearts for the University Hospital, CTRC and Odyssey Hospice for their tender loving care in meeting all of his needs.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the University Hospital, CTRC, BCFS, Odyssey Hospice or a charity of your choice.
