

Bobby joined the U. S. Air Force in 1951 and retired in 1971. After his retirement, Bobby enjoyed a career as a Deputy U.S. Marshal in San Antonio, Texas. He continued his work in Law Enforcement until after his retirement from the U. S. Marshal's Service when his illness forced him to slow down.
His real joy in life has been to watch his grandchildren grow, begin their careers, start their respective families and to live long enough to see and love two great grandchildren.
Bobby was a loyal member of the Lonnie Irvin Daylight Lodge, San Antonio Scottish Rite and the Alzafar Shrine in San Antonio, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Jimmy Wagoner and his son Robert E. Wagoner.
He is survived by his wife of more than 55 years, Ruby Wagoner; his sons and their wives, Carolyn and Lane Wagoner, Kay and James Wagoner and Karen and Donald Wagoner; his grandchildren and their spouses, Angela and Michael Atwood, Jennifer Wagoner, Sarah and Scott Wagoner, Brent Wagoner and Jessica and Casey Bilbrey: his great grandchildren Owen Wagoner and Curtis Bilbrey. He is also survived by his brother, Chuck Wagoner and sister-in-law Norma Wagoner, sister, Mary Wiles and brother-in-law Johnny Wiles, brother, Ray Wagoner and sister-in-law Jane Wagoner, sister Earlene Speaks and brother-in-law Woody Speaks, sister-in-law Ella Mae Kiser; along with numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
