Carlos was born in Eagle Pass, Texas to Trinidad Villa and Leopoldo Barron on September 4, 1944. He went to school in Eagle Pass, Texas. He married Yolanda Perez on September 4, 1964, in Eagle Pass, Texas. He graduated from Eagle Pass High School. He worked as a mechanic for Sears for more than 30 years. He was an active member of the Methodist Church.
Carlos is preceded in death by Leopoldo Barron, Anita Mendoza, Trinidad Villa, Enrique Barron and Arjelia Barron Barajas.
Carlos is survived by his wife Yolanda Perez Barron; Daughters Angelica Ester Lopez and Husband Israel Rodriguez Lopez; Sons Moises Israel Lopez, Noe Israel Lopez, Jose Israel Lopez; Daughter Yolanda Ruth Cantu and Husband SanMiguel Cantu, Sons: Nicolas Alejandro Chavira, Michael Adrian Cantu and Zara Alicia Barron (Genesis Gloria Gamboa).
