Carlos James McKinney II, age 77, passed away Friday, August 14, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born on July 15, 1938 in Michigan to Carlos & Ethel McKinney. Carlos is preceded in death by his infant son, Carlos III. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia McKinney and son, Michael McKinney.
Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2015 with military honors at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Deacon Tim Tate officiating.
