Carole attended Arcadia University where she completed her Bachelors of Art. She was an extremely hard working woman, working in education as a substitute teacher for NISD along with working for Avon and as an artist with the Air Force. Though the greatest and most beloved calling she had was being the most amazing mom to her two sons.
Carole devoted her time not only to her family and to her career but to her community. She had the pleasure to work with some amazing nonprofits; Junior Forum and Boys Scouts of America. In life, her enjoyment was traveling, scuba diving, antiquing and any opportunity to enjoy live music with her friends. Though her favorite past time was taking trips to visit her sons and grandson.
Carole leaves behind to cherish their many wonderful memories; her loving sons Eryn S. Cuiskelly and Chris I. Cuiskelly, her grandson Liam K. Cuiskelly and her sister Marge Redman. She has now reunited with her husband of 50+ years Donald E. Cuiskelly, her parents Carson and Helen Bergert and her brother Howard Bergert.
A graveside service for Carole will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Shelter #4, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209. In remembrance of Carole's life and in lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to St. Jude Children's Research hospital.
