Catherine Deady Austin beloved wife, mom, nana and teacher went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 28, 2011. Always young at heart, her energy and enthusiasm were unsurpassed and very easy to adopt. She was always an inspiration to many and always made it her mission to help and direct the youth around her. She was a teacher and librarian for both ECISD and SAISD, as well as, Music Director for St. Stephen's and Holy Cross Episcopal churches. She absolutely adored every one of her students and they were all the joy of her life. Cathy is preceded in death by her parents, William and Beatrice Deady; daughters: Kimberly Austin Wanke and Candace Austin Schoenert and is survived by her beloved husband, David Austin; daughter, Michelle Austin; grandchildren: Kristen Wanke and Sean Schoenert; cousins: Julie and Louis Audia and Clairice Daily. She touched so many lives ~ she will be deeply missed.
