She was the eldest of seven children and a graduate from Alamo Heights High School. She was a devoted and loving mother to eight children as well as being a dedicated student. She graduated from St. Phillips with her Nurse Aide certification.
She is preceded in death by her mother, father, brother, aunts, uncles and two beloved sons.
Celia is survived by five sisters, four daughters, two sons as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Interment was at the San Fernando Cemetery #2 on the 23rd of March 2016.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Heidi Search Center or the Children's Shelter of San Antonio in lieu of flowers.
