Born February 8th, 1960 in Annapolis Maryland, son of Maj Gen Irwin P. Graham and Frances E. Taylor Graham, Randy lived the life of a military brat living in Hawaii several times, Maryland, Japan, and Virginia. He had made San Antonio his home since 2002.
Randy attended Groveton High School in Alexandria Virginia along with the graduating class of 1977. Randy was a master carpenter who loved to restore old homes. He learned most of his craft working in Alexandria's Old Towne district on the historic homes located there. He was extremely creative and his nickname was the "Creative Cracker" as in "Graham Cracker".
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of downtown San Antonio where he became involved with the San Antonio arm of Habitat for Humanity. He participated in many projects with Habitat and considered this volunteer work to be the most important contribution of his life.
Since Randy lived in so many places many of his friends are spread out around the world. Please take a moment to celebrate his life with us and sign his guest book. He was funny, generous and we will miss him very much. There will be an additional remembrance in Alexandria Virginia. Contact Joe Meagher for more information about the Virginia service.
He is survived by his Father Maj Gen Irwin P. Graham, and sisters Karen Graham of Los Angeles California and Susan Hobson of Redding California.
