'I worked with Chuck and later Roxanne at P&W and even visited them on business in Ammann in December, 2000. They both took real great care of me in Jordan, during Ramadan no less, and helped me get home in time for my father's birthday. When the hotel he booked me into there was full of Arab dressed, I asked where the gringos stayed. Chuck said this was where Arafat stayed when in Ammann, so he thought it the safest, as no terrorist was going to risk blowing up Arafat! I was even around when Shrimps the kitten showed up and tried to smuggle himself into the US embassy under the hood of Roxanne's car!
Chuck had the same brand of company loyalty as I did, we did what we thought the customer needed to be happy withe the product, whether it was exactly what the company wanted us to do, or not. The company usually did not know what they wanted, so we found our own way.'
