Lt. Col. Charles L. Humphrey, Retired U.S. Army, passed away at the age of 73 on July 25, 2005.
He is survived by his loving wife Carol of 53 years; daughter Linda Rastley of Spring Branch, TX; daughters Paula Ray Al, Patricia Collins Clayton, and Debra Todd of San Antonio, TX; Daughter Kim Reinhart of San Leandro, CA, mother Myrtis Humphrey; sisters Joyce Mitchell and Jean Williams of Picayune, MS; and numerous grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
