Charlotte was the best neighbor. I always enjoyed standing out front chatting with her. We are so saddened she has passed and will always hold the fondest memories of our "Gardens at Brookhollow" buddy.

I knew Charlotte through her late husband Malcolm Robbins in which we worked together. Charlotte and I would have very nice conversations on the phone and she was always very pleasant and kind. I know she will be missed terribly by all her family, friends and acquaintances. May God Bless!

My sympathies to Charlotte's family. She and I were roommates at Trinity University in 1957 and we have met periodically for lunch ever since. I did not know she was sick and I felt such pain when I saw the announcement with the picture in Sunday's paper.

Although I didn't know Charlotte very well, what I knew I really liked. She was my sister's mother-in-law so our paths didn't cross often, but she was always so kind and friendly to me and my son when we saw each other. I made a donation in Malcolm's memory when he passed away, and imagine my surprise when I got an acknowledgement from Charlotte, knowing that she was fighting cancer and not well herself. I thought that was such a sweet gesture, for her to take the time to drop us a note. You have a wonderful family, Charlotte, and a wonderful legacy. Kerry

Charlotte will be remembered as a beautiful, loving, funny lady that she was. We will miss her presence here on Earth, but my heart is happy knowing that she is re-united with "her Buddy".

Charlotte, I will miss you terribly, you were not only a wonderful stepmother, but you were a wonderful friend. I will so miss the great conversations we had, I could talk to you for hours. You were such a good listener, and never judgemental. You always gave me great dating advice, too bad I didn't take it all to heart! : I am so grateful that you came into my father's life, he loved you so very much. You made him so happy, his eyes just lit up everytime he spoke of you. I miss you both so much, but am so happy that you and Dad are together again. I know that heaven is truly a better place with the both of you there, and I know that Muv and Pancho are happy to have their their little girl home. To Charlotte's Family, I know you don't me, but I knew your mother when I was a small child and still remember her today. You see my older sister, Violet, and Charlotte were best friends in high school. So wherever Violet and Charlotte went so did I. I still remember some of the trips to Blanco to the football games with the two of them and fun times at our parents home in Kendalia. It was a long, long time ago, and even though I haven't seen Charlotte in many years, my sister has kept me up on all the news of Charlotte and her family. Even though we've never meet, I do feel as though I have met ya'll through conversation and remincising past times with my sister. I just wanted to take a moment and let ya'll know that I remember your mother and grandmother fondly, and that you have my deepest sympathy during this time of great sorrow, saddness and loss. Hal and I have special memories of Charlotte throughout our life. She was one of our sister Winnie's dearest friends so at an early age we came to love her as well. She was always there to support our family through difficult times with her extremely loving and caring heart. We will always remember her with much love and admiration for being the beautiful person she was both inside and out.

I will always remember our long phone conversations and our visits together. Our hearts and prayers go out to Charlottes's family. We have known Charlotte for almost 45 years. She was a dear and much loved friend. We have so many wonderful memories of her and her family. She was the best kind of friend anyone could have, She was warm, kind, loving, thoughtful, caring, and more. She was beautiful - inside and out. It's so hard to think that she's gone. We will miss her so - and never forget her.
