Cheryl Ann King Christinia

Cheryl Ann King Christinia age 53 of San Antonio departed from this life on Sunday, July 15, 2012. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 30, 1959 to Alphonse King, Sr (deceased) and Melvin King.

She was Christened at an early age at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and later confirmed at St. Rose Catholic Church. Cheryl graduated from Southeastern High School in Detroit and attended classes at Wayne County College before relocating to San Antonio, Texas where she and her son Mario resided.

Upon arriving in San Antonio, Cheryl met her lifelong companion and husband Ronald Christinia. She later pursued a 20 year long career at Southwest Airlines, a position that allowed her to fulfill her passion for travel and adventure. She and her family had the opportunity to travel worldwide, where they made lasting memories.

Cheryl experienced great joy in spending time with her granddaughter Victoria, a precious gift from her son Mario and daughter- in- law Maria. She leaves a legacy of love and memories that will forever live in the hearts of her husband, Ron; her son, Mario and daughter- in- law Maria; Granddaughter, Victoria A. King; step-children, Roman Christinia, Ron Christinia and wife, Jackie, April Barker and husband, Marco and Aaron Christinia; Siblings, Marilyn Boggs and husband Mathew (deceased), Alphonse King Jr. (deceased) and wife Evelyn , Paulette Hill and husband Jerry (both deceased), Carlos King, Thomas King, Joyce Gervin and husband George, Allison Warner and husband Dwight, Melba Harris and husband Vince, Timothy King, Sr. and wife Julia, Ricardo King and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
