Consuelo “Chelo” Rodriguez, age 87, of San Antonio, died on Saturday, August 28, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben H. Rodriguez, Sr; and son, David Rodriguez. She is survived by her children, Rene Rodriguez and wife, Judy, Cynthia Ann Garcia, Ross A. Rodriguez and wife, Michelle, Robert John Rodriguez, Raquel A. Rodriguez and her husband, Calvin Dismang and Ruben A. Rodriguez. She touched so many lives from working as a daycare provider, momma patrol, provider for elderly always wanting to do more sometimes having more than one job at a time. And always ready to be a good hostess. She was ready to feed anyone that walked into the house. Even at the end when you were there to take care of her, she wanted to make sure you weren’t hungry. She will be missed dearly.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough.
