You may not remember me too well, but I was one of Aaron's teachers for several years. To this day he is still a favorite etched in my heart forever. My heart broke when I heard about Courtney. I too have recently lost an immediate family member, and I know how bad that hurts. I couldn't imagine loosing my child. Please know that you are being thought of and prayed for daily. I know their are no words that anyone could speak that could ever console your hearts right now, but I do so hope that your strong faith will help you through this most difficult time. Courtney's spirit will always live in our hearts and no one who ever knew Courtney will ever forget her: always polite, always smiling and never giving up! Rebeca, Ray, and boys...We are shocked and saddened by Courtney's passing, and have been talking and praying about it since we found out...We cannot imagine your pain, and it has brought us closer together as a family this past few days. God has a special plan for Courntney, and although those who loved her are in deep pain, we have to believe she is dancing with the angels right now. Nothing can prepare a parent for the loss of a beloved child, but try to take comfort in the beautiful memories of the smiles your daughter gave you and the abundant love that surrounded her life here and now in Heaven. May that love now help you and your family heal in this sad time.

I will always remember Courtney helping her mom during the National Spanish Exam Awards, by guarding the cookies from her brother. She was so sweet and funny.
