Crescencia Ramirez

Chris, as she was affectionately known, was born on June 15, 1928 in Poth, TX. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was an inspiration to all who knew her, and will be greatly missed.

Chris is preceded in death by her husband Alex Ramirez, her parents Soledad and Antonio Robledo and two great grandsons Alex IV and Isaiah.

She is survived by her daughter Mary Helen and husband Mario Garza, son Alex Jr. and wife Susan Ramirez, and daughter Irene and husband Jesse Torres. Grandchildren Alex Ramirez III, Amanda Ramirez, Amy and Alfonso Castillo, Jesse Torres Jr., John Joseph Garza and Valerie Barrera, Amber Torres, and Christopher Torres. Great grandchildren Ariana Ramirez, Angelina Ramirez, Alyssa Ramirez, Ryan Sandoval, Caleb Vasquez, Joseph Castillo, Noel Castillo, Aiden Torres, and Zackry Sandoval.

She is also survived by brothers Joe Robledo, Simon Robledo, Tony Robledo, Bernabe Robledo and Frank Robledo. Sisters Susan Hart, Jackie Champion, Teresa Martinez, Sally Ellingson, Hortence Mancha and Maria Cervera; and numerous nieces and nephews.

SERVICES Visitations will be held at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough, beginning Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from 5 to 7:30pm, with Rosary to follow at 7:30pm.

A Procession will depart from Porter Loring Mortuary at 9:15am on Thursday, November 21, 2013 to St. Brigid Catholic Church, 6907 Kitchener, San Antonio, TX for a 10am Mass.

With Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery #2.
