Cynthia C. Cole

She graduated from MacArthur High School in San Antonio in 1964. She had a career in retail, but children held a special place in her heart, and she helped many families with their own.

To know Cindy was to know God and her love of Him shined through in her smile. She never hesitated to share her faith with everyone she met. God blessed her with a beautiful voice and she loved to sing in worship of Him at home and in Choir at Fletcher Baptist Church in Lumberton, Tx.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Cole; step-daughter, Twila Cole; and father, Donald Dunlap.

She leaves behind her mother, Adeline Dunlap; daughter, Sherri (Esteban) Velez; grandchildren, Luke, Evan and Claire Velez; sisters, Judie (Bill) Sendelbach, Donna (Paul) Eck, Susan (Owen) Milburn, Beth (Henry) Meador; step-daughter, Starla Cole; sister-in-law, Ann (Dan) Jarratt; friends, Joann Reynolds & Kathy Jones; a family close to her heart, Gary (Sam), Jake & Sara Wiatrek, and numerous nieces & nephews.
