

Born in San Antonio to Eugene and Margaret Elkins, Cynthia was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and beloved “Mimi” to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She graduated from Sam Houston High School and dedicated over 30 years of distinguished service to Brooke Army Medical Center, where she led as Supervisor of the Medical Transcription Department. Her exceptional contributions were honored with the Commander’s Award for outstanding service.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Miller; her son, Gene Robinson; and her daughter, Donna Robinson.
She is lovingly remembered by:
• Her daughter, Valerie Sorrell, and son-in-law, Randy Sorrell
• Her son, Chad Robinson and spouse
• Her sister, Lucy J. Pehl, and brother-in-law, Danny Pehl
• Nephews: Jonathan Pehl, Jason Pehl and family
• Grandchildren: Ryan (Mari) Sorrell, Natalie (Shawn) Pheifer, Amanda (Nelson), Tristan, Lindsay, Kelsey, Samantha
• Great-grandchildren: Maddison, Lyanna, Cordelia, Landon, Jacob, Rustin, Slade, Malcolm, Aliza, Darla, and Leela
