Cynthia Virginia MacCharles-Medina, 34, of San Antonio, previously of Mound, MN, and her beloved husband, Laurence Jay Larry Medina went to be with their Lord Jesus together after an automobile accident in California on December 28, 2000. Cindy received a BA degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN in 1989 and a Masters degree from the University of South Carolina in 1994. She was presently employed by SBC Corp. in San Antonio as Director of Marketing/GIS and previously worked at TRI in Austin. She is survived by her beloved step-daughter, Acacia Lauren Medina of San Antonio; her loving parents, Roderick and Virginia MacCharles of Mound, MN; her beloved brother, Roderick MacCharles of Mound, MN; and her grandmother, Clara Zontelli, of Crosby, MN; aunts, Shirley Keegan and Patricia Bergh; uncles, Boyd, David and Gary Zontelli, their spouses and children; and her many many friends who were so dear to her.
We are grateful to our God for sharing Laurence and Cindy with us for their short time on earth, and we will miss them more than can be said. We are however, assured that they are now together in perfect peace and we will see them again in Heaven. In that truth we find our comfort.
