He is preceded in death by his grandparents Abel Martinez, Leticia Y. Lujan, and Gloria J. Banda; his uncle Augustine Trevino; and his cousin Samantha D. Castillo.
Daniel is survived by his loving parents, Daniel Lujan Sr. and Dorothy Martinez; his loyal partner, Yeraldi Cazares; and his cherished children: Daniela Lujan, Daniell Lujan, Aubrie Lujan,Haylee Lujan, Daniel Lujan III, Elijah Barron, Christopher Barron, Vanessa Rodriguez, Carlos Suriano, and Hernan Suriano.
He also leaves behind his siblings: Michael Martinez, Andrea Lujan, and Ariel Lujan, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Daniel was a man with a big heart and an even greater admiration for his family. He had a passion for running, good food, and music. A true Marvel fan, he especially loved Deadpool and X-Men. Known for always dressing "Fly" — no matter the occasion — Daniel's sense of style matched his vibrant personality.
He will be remembered as a loving father, devoted son, selfless brother, guiding uncle, and loyal partner.
Daniel's presence brought joy and love to everyone around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
He will be deeply missed.
A visitation for Daniel will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, with a prayer service at 7:00 PM.
