David E. Edgar, age 89, passed away May 8, 2022, in The Woodlands, TX. He was born in Dallas, TX on September 2, 1932, to Claud and Jewell Edgar. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who will be dearly missed.
David is survived by his sons, Mark Edgar, Ronnie Edgar, Russ Edgar and his wife, Stephanie, and daughter, Carla Lippincott and her husband, Mark. He was blessed with nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren who loved him. Although his family is saddened by his death, they know he is once again with Camille, the love of his life.
Visitation before the service will be held at 8:00 am, Friday, May 27, 2022, at Sunset Funeral Home at 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX. A Graveside Service will follow at 9:30 am at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (Shelter #4).
