I was blessed to be able to spend last Easter with David, Marlene, Sarah and Ethan. 
We had a beautiful conversation about the Lord during lunch. ♥️🕊 I will forever be grateful ,that the last time we spoke, we were talking about The  Lord, his goodness and the Bible. 
I was blessed to get to really know DAVID through all the time I spent at their home visiting Marlene. . He had a heart of gold, 💛 but he had a hard time, expressing his love… with words but . He often expressed it with acts of service & sweet  gifts..
He was like a second father to my son, Joshua. 
After Joshua’s father left the family, when he was 10  … Joshua found great comfort being around Ethan and David . I still remember DAVID outside in the front yard playing football with the boys.!

While I didn’t know David as long as or as well as Randy did, I know Randy, and Randy is a man of few words and deep conviction and he picks his friends for life. If you are a friend of Randy, you are a man of God. I’ve been blessed to be married to Randy for 27 years and thereby I have had the privilege of knowing David and his family. During that time, we created fond memories and lasting friendships. Supper club, game night, and watching our kids grow into remarkable adults, to name a few. Thank  you for the warm welcome and embrace each time I walked through your doors. My sincerest sympathies on the passing of your daddy and husband. May David rest in peace.

There really are no words to describe my friendship with David. He was a man of God. He helped me through a very dark time in my life. I cherish the memory of our friendship. Go rest high on that mountain, brother, your work on this earth is done.

“I am so grateful to the Lord for David and all the kindness he showed my son Joshua and I  through his countless acts of service .  🕊 I’m also grateful for him, putting up with  my disturbing his sleep ( my husband John is asleep by 10 PM , so 3 to 4 nights a week I would sneak out  😆 I would ask my husband in his sleepy state , if I could go visit Marlene and he would mumble OK ( so I’ll leave him a note on the table just in case he woke up)  and  I would drive to Marlene & David’s . Where Marlene &  I would hang out through all hours of the night  talking (right outside their bedroom window  sitting on her rocking chairs ) 
The only comment he ever made  was”
Don’t you  two ever get tired of talking?” 😆

My deepest condolences in the loss of your loved husband/father. There are no adequate words to convey my words of comfort to you at this time.  I found that reliving all our joyous memories of our past lives especially the funny moments helped ease our sorrow with our spirit family. So I surround you and your family with love and prayers. Treasure your memories and family and know that many people offer you love, comfort and prayers. David was a remarkable person who I will always remember with fondness.
