David Bernard Wolf, who passed away April 18th, at the age of 95, was born in San Antonio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Harriet G. Wolf, of 68yrs. He graduated from Alamo Heights Schools and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University '52. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Infantry, where he served stateside before going to Korea. After many years in the US Army Reserves he attained the rank of Lt. Colonel.
David was an Independent Insurance Agent for over 50 years, retiring from Wortham Insurance and Risk Management Company. During his retirement he enjoyed golfing, in which he achieved 3 holes in ones, gardening and delivering Meals on Wheels weekly with his wife.
Survivors also include their loving children: Allan (Penny Kruger) Wolf, Linda (Dr. Kevin) Beitchman and Carol, grandchildren: Dr. Joshua (Dorie) Beitchman, Hope Beitchman and Sophie Wolf and his sister Beverly Fish of Houston.
Graveside services will be held at Temple Beth-El Memorial Park, 1715 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, Texas 78218 on April 21, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
