

Debra Lynn Greenhill Stringer died peacefully on June 26, 2021 at the age of 67 of natural causes in Austin, Texas. She was born in Tampa, Florida to Linnelle Dobbins and Noble F. Greenhill II on December 11, 1953.
Lynn is survived by her daughter Cherilyn Stringer (Eric Grodziski), niece Amber Greenhill, and grandchildren Alexa Grodziski, Dylan Grodziski, Elizabeth Stringer and Mayci Stringer.
Lynn, the daughter of a Colonel in the US Navy, grew up all over the world including the United States, England, and Japan. She graduated from high school in Okinawa, Japan. She earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education from UT Austin.
Lynn was an educator and teacher who dedicated her life to helping children with special education and emotional support needs. She impacted hundreds of lives and families with her kindness, talent, and support.
Lynn always will be remembered for her compassion, caring and consideration for others. She also imparted laughter on all of those around her through her sarcasm and wit. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, keeping up with current events, and cooking.
She will be reunited in heaven with her brother Noble Greenhill III, sister, Scott Thomison, mother, Linnelle Dobbins, and her father, Noble Greenhill.
She will be deeply missed by her friends, family and all who knew her.
