Delbert Joe Rowland passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on May 28, 1931 in Big Springs, Texas. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Margaret Dickey Rowland and brother Donnie Rowland. He is survived by daughter Pam Casson, son-in-law Chuck Casson, grandson Reese Glusing, sister-in-law Dena Scott and two nephews and one niece. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 28, 2022. In his memory as a dedicated educator, donations can be made to the Alamo Heights School Foundation - Teacher Fund.
