Denise Brady born December 26, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois passed away on June 9, 2017 at the age of 54. She is survived by her parents, James Johnson & Jeffrie Lee Brady, children, David Brady (Angel), and Tamara Bolden (Antoine), siblings, James “Hook” Johnson, Danielle Johnson, Tashina Johnson, William Carter, Tony Carter.
Funeral Services are pending at this time but will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Chicago, Illinois.
