

Dillon Matthew Christian passed away June 1, 2014 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident at the age of 19. Dillon was born July 28, 1994 in Houston, Texas to his loving parents, Dale and Joy Christian, and spent his early years growing up in Friendswood, Texas before moving to San Antonio, Texas at the age of 8. In San Antonio, he enjoyed playing little league baseball, basketball, and golf, and was a 2013 graduate of Ronald Reagan High School where he was a member of the Reagan Recorder school newspaper, young life, and a good friend to many. He was attending classes at Northeast Lakeview College at the time of his death.
Dillon was an avid sports fan, whose enthusiasm for and knowledge of sports was both contagious and admired by those close to him. Dillon enjoyed attending sporting events of all varieties, following the statistics of his favorite sports teams, writing articles about local games, and being with his friends. Dillon also enjoyed spending time with his large extended family. Those closest to Dillon will always remember his kindness, sense of humor, fun loving spirit, and the love he had for his life, family, and friends.
Dillon is survived first by his parents, Dale and Joy Christian, and beloved sisters, Madalyn and Bari Christian. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Barry and Sharon Christian of Flatonia and Nancy Lawrence of Houston; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins including: the Christian families of the Woodlands and Houston, the Little family of Shenandoah, the Lawrence family of Bellaire, the Hennan family of League City, the Hoff family of Manvel, and the Hemmen family of Bayou Vista. He will also be missed by his close friends, Scott Peerman and Colton Cunningham.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
