Donald was born in Converse TX, to Royland H.O. Rittimann and Melanie I. Borgfeld on July 9th 1945. He went to school in Converse. He married Gail Simmons in San Antonio. He worked as a Truck Driver for Waste Management for over 20 years. He was an avid Domino player at Walkers Ranch for many years

Donald is survived by his daughters Latricia James and Janice Lewis. Grandchildren, Christopher, Alexis, Toneshia, Maurice, Tiarra, Braunya, Ashanti, Jon, Angelese, Jailee, AAron and Essej. Great-grand children: Genesis, Kamira, Exodus and Curtis (C3)
A small graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park & Funeral Home, located at 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218, with the Elder Richard Rieck of Christ’s Redeeming community church officiating. The service is scheduled for December 30, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
