He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Luana Morgan.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Sharon Sheets; children, David Sheets and wife Danine, Michael Sheets and wife Lori, Tammy Coleman and husband Dan, and Jeff Noble and wife Debbie; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert Sheets and wife Joanne, and Tommy Sheets and wife Roxey; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
