Doraelda L. Zepeda

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doraelda Luevano Zepeda. She was born May 2, 1952, and passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the age of 72. Doraelda was a devoted wife, grandmother, mother, sister, and friend. She was a master seamstress and excelled in creating, fitting, and altering beautiful pieces for her beloved clients. She loved crocheting and enjoyed watching true crime documentaries. Doraelda also loved all kinds of music, especially mariachi, rancheras and old country music. She was an amazing singer and talented musician and will be dearly missed by all who loved and cared for her.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years Trinidad A. Zepeda Jr. Her parents, Belen Rodriguez Luevano and Dionicio Luevano; granddaughter, Bella Blue Zepeda; grandson, Miguel Antonio Flores; sisters, Bertha Antonia Luevano (Zamora), Gregoria Luevano (Velazquez), Esperanza Luevano (Garza), Antonia Luevano (Contreras), Gloria Luevano (Rodriguez), Blanca Romelia Luevano (Rodriguez), and brother Alfredo Luevano Sr.

She is survived by her daughters, Santa E. Zepeda Flores (Gabriel Flores), Bianca D. Zepeda (Basilio Rivera), Amanda C. Zepeda-Dobbs (Brent C. Dobbs); son, Trinidad I. Zepeda III (Kayla Zepeda); grandchildren, St. Emiliana, St. Izabella, Rafael, Basilio Jr., Rueben, Amando, Merle, Layla, Kain, Ares, and Domina, her sisters Celia Belen Luevano, and Maria Luevano (Gonzales), her sisters-in-law Alma Zepeda, Marta Zepeda, Graciela Chavez, JoAnn Zepeda, Emma Zepeda, Dolores Zepeda, her brother-in-law Rudy Zepeda and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Visitation for Doraelda will be held Friday, April 4, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237 with a Chapel service at 11:00 AM, a procession will be departing from the funeral home to Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian, 11624 Culebra Rd, San Antonio, TX 78253, for Burial.
