She was born October 31, 1925, in Franklin, Louisiana, to Joseph and Lillian Pontiff.
Doris was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will greatly be missed by all who loved and knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and loving husband, Leonard L. Graykowski.
Doris is survived by her daughter, Karyn Nelson and husband, Bob of Shady Shores; sons, Leonard Graykowski and wife, Linda of New Braunfels, and William Graykowski of Escondido, California; sisters, Louise Achee and Mercedes Hebert of Louisiana; grandchildren, Robert J. Nelson and wife, Kathy, Matt Nelson and wife, Cynthia, Mark Nelson and wife, Leslee, Paul Graykowski and wife, Katie, Ryan and Nicole Graykowski; great-grandchildren, Karrie Anne Graykowski, Kate, Samuel and Andrew Nelson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pallbearers will be Robert, Matt and Mark Nelson, Paul, Leonard, William, Ryan and Nicole Graykowski.
