Dorothy Trammell loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at the age of 87 on Wednesday September 30, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. Dorothy was born November 26, 1927 in San Antonio, Texas to parents S.W. and Alma Kammer. Dorothy was a longtime employee of Conoly Beauty Supply Company and a member of the Pilgrim Congregation church.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Franklin Trammell and parents sister Babe Kimble and brother Steve Kammer Jr. Dorothy is survived by son Phillip F. Trammell II and wife Kathy son Charles H. Trammell and wife Nancy son Robert Scott Trammell and wife Lori daughter Cathy Ann Trammell and step daughter Sandra Burns. Dorothy is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation will take place at Sunset Funeral Home Sunday October 4, 2015 at 1:00pm with a funeral service to begin at 2:00pm followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the church of your choice.
