Edward Lawson, 94, passed away on November 19th, 2010. He was born in Washington, D.C. to Charles Lawson and Elizabeth Brown. He was predeceased by his parents and his wife of 51 years, Olga O’Farril, whom he lovingly referred to as his “Bride”. He graduated in 1934 from Balboa High School in the Canal Zone and spent his professional years in Mexico City retiring later in San Antonio. He had a great sense of humor and a passion for Jazz music, photography and aviation history. Ed loved visiting with friends, especially with close friends Bob Lewis, Ottis Radford, Tom Hogan and Mike Kastis. He will be missed by his many friends. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2011 at 2 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery on Nacogdoches Road.
