Efrain Compean

Arby's life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his family, dog, and his infectious need to help others. He shared an unbreakable bond with his beloved wife, Gina Gloria. Together, they navigated life's highs and lows, always with love and laughter as their compass.

Arby was a devoted son and brother who is preceded in death by his parents: Jose T. Compean and Balbina Mesa Compean, brother: Jose Jesus Compean.

A proud husband, father, grandfather, Arby's legacy will forever live on and be cherished through his wife: Gina Gloria and his children: Justin Gloria (Jessica Garcia), Mary Compean (David Reyes), Efrain Compean Jr. (Alexander Escobar), and Jay Compean (Christine Munoz). As well as his grandchildren and his dog: Elena Reyes, Sebastián Reyes, Sawyer Gloria, David Reyes Jr., Sofia Reyes. And his four footed son, RJ. Each of them carries a piece of his spirit and his enduring lessons of kindness, resilience, and the importance of family. Arby's many roles as a father, father-in-law, and grandfather were the ones he cherished most, and the values he instilled in all of his children remain a testament to his character.

Arby's life was a tapestry of joyous gatherings, heartfelt conversations, and shared moments that will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. His laughter was a beacon of light, and his generous nature left a lasting impact on his community. He was a friend to many, always ready with a joke or a helping hand, and his presence was a source of comfort and happiness.

As we say goodbye to Efrain "Arby" Compean “Kiko”, we celebrate a life lived fully, with every moment embraced, every relationship cherished, and every day met with hope and gratitude. He will be deeply missed, but the love he gave and the memories he created will continue to brighten the lives of his family and friends for generations to come.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
